Today I have a swatch and review of the beautiful piCture pOlish Rebelle.
Rebelle is a light peach polish with scattered holo particles.
The formula on this polish is perfect - it is easy to apply and glides on the nails like butter! The opacity is good and it is opaque in two to three coats.
I think this polish is so stunning!
