Afterwards I used a make-up brush and the following polishes (from lightest to darkest) to create the gradient by dabbing it onto my nails: Essie Go Go Geisha, Appeal4 Morning Glory and Essence More Than a Feeling.

Essence True Love

Hey guys!

Today I have a swatch and review of the beautiful Essence True Love!
True Love is a red-tones berry crelly (creme/jelly) polish.

The formula was great. It was smooth and easy to apply. It was a little on the thin side, but nothing too bad. The opacity was amazing and I reached full opacity with two easy coats. Look how shiny it is!

Essie Go Go Geisha

Hey guys!

Today I have a swatch and review of the unique Essie Go Go Geisha from the new Essie Fall 2016 collection to share with you!
Go Go Geisha is a pink-leaning dusty nude creme polish.

The formula is perfect! It is a little on the thicker side, but I tend to like it that way. The opacity is great for such a light shade and it is opaque in two easy coats.

I am in love with this unique shade!

More Striping Tape

Hey guys!

Today I have another simple striping tape manicure to share with you!

For the manicure I started off with a coral base of Essie Tart Deco on all my nails. Afterwards I applied gold striping tape in different sizes across my nails.

Close up!

For some weird reason the gold striping tape faded into silver after I applied top coat.

China Glaze Ruby Pumps

Hey guys!

Today I have a swatch and review of the gorgeous China Glaze Ruby Pumps to share with you!
Ruby Pumps a red jelly polish with silver glitter which gives it the effect of it shinning from within.

The formula is great on this (especially for a jelly) - it is easy to control and it is not too thin or runny. It needed two coats to be opaque but three for it to resemble what it looks like in the bottle. The dry time is amazing as well!

This polish is seriously the perfect Christmas shade!

Appeal4 Nude Nail Booster

Hey guys!

Today I have a swatch and review of the Appeal4 Nude Nail Booster to share with you!

This product is really cool - you just apply it onto your naked nails and you have a nude look that strengthens your nails while it is on! It dries really fast, so there is no need for top coat - just apply a coat or two and you are good to go. On the picture below I used two coats with no top coat.

I like this look a lot, even though I think it would look even better on longer nails.

ILNP Fall 2016 | My Picks

Hey guys!

Minta.dk very generously offered me to choose some of the shades from the upcoming ILNP Fall 2016 collection, so today I want to share swatches and reviews of my picks.

The first four polishes are from the Fall Neutrals collection.
The quality of these polishes are amazing and all very similar - they needed three thin coats to be opaque, but the formula was amazingly easy to work with and they dried in no time!

First up is Elle, which is a beautiful semi-sheer nude with scattered holographic flakes.

Next is Chleo - a gorgeous semi-sheer dusty pink leaning nude with scattered holographic flakes.

Next we have Central Station, which a taupe with scattered holographic flakes.

The last of my picks from the Fall Neutrals collection is Industrial Park.
Industrial Park is a dark dusty blue with scattered holographic flakes.

I chose one polish from the Fall 2016 collection - The Harpist.
The Harpist is a gold-leaning copper shade stuffed with silver flakes and small holographic flakes.
The formula on this one was great - a little on the thick side, but easy to apply and it was opaque in two coats.

These are my first ILNP polishes and I can honestly say that I am in love! They are all so beautiful!

Cirque Colors Vice 2016

Hey guys!

Today I have swatches of the new Cirque Colors Vice 2016 collection to share with you!
These polishes is sponsered by Minta.dk, but everything I write about them is my honest opinion.

First up I have High Roller.
High Roller is an awesome minty neon. The formula on this one is fantastic and it is opaque in two easy coats! Simply stunning.

Next is Rehab - a blurple (blue/purple) creme.
Another amazing formula with full opacity in two thin coats. It does dry a little matte, so I recommend a shiny top coat. Such a gorgeous shade.

Next up I have Electric Daisy, which is a neon yellow with strong green undertones.
This was the hardest polish to work with in the collection - it was streaky, uneven and needed three somewhat thick coats to be opaque. But look at that neon!

Time for Plastik!
Plastik is a bright magenta creme. The formula on this one is perfect - it glides on the nail like butter and it is opaque in two easy coats. I am in love with this color!

Next up is Sin City - an amazingly neon coral shade.
The formula on this one was great and it was opaque in two thin coats. It was really hard to capture true in color on pictures - it is just so neon!

Finally I have We Trippy, which is a holographic top coat.
I applied one thin coat on top of Plastik.

And here it is on top of Sin City (look at that neon and holographic explosion!).

I LOVE THIS COLLECTION! The colors are beautiful and (except for Electric Daisy) they are amazing to work with!

Your Rainbow Panorama

Hey guys!

Today I have some nail art inspired by my an art piece at my favourite art museum - Your Rainbow Panorama by Ólafur Elìasson at ARoS!

For the manicure I started off with a light blue base of Deborah Lippmann Blue Orchid on all my nails. Afterwards I sponged on the clouds with a make-up sponge and a white polish. Then I freehanded the panorama and the small people inside of it with watered-down black acrylic paint and a small nail art brush. Finally I colored in the panorama using OPI Color Paints.

And here it is next to ARoS!
